Navigating the digital world as a family. Creating more presence and less pressure

Reimagine screen time and build healthier digital habits together as a family.

A mindful approach to digital habits for families

In today’s always-on world, screens can easily become a source of tension, distraction, and disconnection in family life. Building Balanced Digital Habits for the Family is a three-session interactive workshop that helps your family take back control, so that screens support, not overshadow, the relationships that matter most.

Led by Patricia, this experience isn’t about strict rules or perfect routines. It’s about slowing down, getting curious, and adopting a more mindful and connected approach to digital habits, one that works for your family.

  • “We all observed our own screen habits and reflected on ways we might improve them. Patricia then acted as a mediator while we reached an agreement with our teenager over healthy and fair boundaries and rules. Our son is onboard at the moment and has started exercising again. I can see the difference in his mood already, just with the reduction in screen time, and his dad is also working on reducing his own screen time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Patricia's workshop. It is a great support most of us desperately need for navigating this extremely difficult and frustrating issue!”

What you’ll experience

Expect a safe, non-judgmental space where parents and teens are heard and understood. You’ll explore self-assessments and hands-on exercises for clarity and collaboration, guided conversations that help you regain control without compromising strong parent-child bonds, and practical tools for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. You’ll also receive family agreement templates and frameworks to support lasting change, while gaining a deeper awareness of personal obstacles and renewing your commitment to upholding boundaries.

PARENTS WILL

Renew their understanding of how to model healthy screen habits and learn to move beyond arbitrary limits, focusing instead on truly supporting their teens’ needs. They’ll also develop a healthier relationship with their own devices, creating an environment that aligns with their family values.

TEENAGERS WILL

Achieve greater clarity and build resilience to accept boundaries while improving their negotiation skills to advocate for themselves. They’ll also find intrinsic motivation to make choices that truly benefit them.

TOGETHER FAMILIES WILL

Address and resolve a tension topic, establish realistic agreements and commitments around screen use, and renew trust through these open conversations. All of this happens with professional coaching support beyond the family structure, guided by an ICF PCC-credentialed and conscious parenting coach.
