My overall coaching goal is to partner with people to ignite an unstoppable drive for growth, so they stay connected to their true selves and act with intention to unlock their maximum creative potential.
The result is fertile ground to positively influence humanity, both near and far.
Why entrust me with your dreams?
I haven’t always been a professional coach, mother, entrepreneur, business professional, or athlete. In fact, these descriptions began as small seeds of inspiration that grew into personal dreams. Step by step through my life’s journey, I moved closer to actualization, until one day, upon reflection, I realized I was living my dreams.
What I’ve come to understand about myself, is that I love the journey itself. The goal isn’t to arrive at a point where all my dreams are realized. That would take a thousand lifetimes. It’s about becoming fully present in every moment to listen for the signal in the noise, the resonance that’s giving me the meaningful information that I’m searching for—and then living and breathing from that truth. As the poet, David Whyte, so elegantly states,
“Hold to the truth you make every day with your own body, don’t turn your face away. Hold to your own truth at the center of the image you were born with.”
I call that truth, “essence.” When I’m connected to my essence, I live my dreams. When I’m disconnected from my essence, my life wanders meaninglessly. My combined experiences have clarified my own truth—that I’m meant to walk alongside others to help them discover their essence and intentionally live from that source of truth. It’s my passion, my deepest joy.
While I have found success as an entrepreneur, co-founding businesses that have grown and expanded significantly (Vera Whole Health), I’m well aware that living a meaningful life is all about letting go of the stories, thoughts and ideas limiting our potential—the voices in our lives that are making our dreams smaller—and identifying and pursuing our unique contribution to the world. In fact, it may very well be the only task we are required to do.

I ascribe to deliver a generative coaching methodology that I learned from Janet Harvey, CEO of Invite change.

A little bit about me.
My number one drive for growth and continuous learning, and where I have the most faith in the future, comes from my role as a mother. I see the world as an integrated learning journey alongside my two daughters. They help me stay youthful and give me perspective in my professional life.
Our combined success is integral. I’m most connected with my daughters when I’m consciously parenting. When I’m awake and thriving, my kids flourish. When I’m unconscious of my interactions, I’m unaware of the impact it’s having on their lives. It’s truly a magically reciprocal relationship. They are my mirrors, and make visible my weaknesses, flaws, and fears, as well as my gifts and strengths.
This learning philosophy is core to my coaching. I partner with people to discover or reconnect with their purpose and pursue it with passion, not merely because they’ll feel more fulfilled, but because when they do, they show up in the world joyfully as their best selves. The result is a better world, one realized dream at a time.
Being a mother and coaching requires me to continue growing. I am a certified professional coach with Invite Change and hold an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation. I’m also a certified Conscious Parenting Coach with Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting Coaching Institute and trained in Positive Intelligence & Compassionate Inquiry. My coaching sessions can be held in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
