We share your commitment to people’s growth.

"I have a full-time job and another full time job called parenting."

— Working Parent

We know working parents face many challenges today.

This affects how they think, feel, and what they do.

Balancing working from home

Juggling kids activities

Mental health issues

Not enough time for deep connection

Career advancement balance

Inflexibility at work

Emotional strain

Neglecting self-care

Financial pressure

Guilt for not being “here nor there”

Yet for a child, every moment with their parent or caregiver counts. This is our inspiration.

When employees feel supported and valued, they are more likely to be engaged and committed to their work. This can lead to higher job satisfaction and better teamwork.
— The Parenting Camp™ Team

That’s why Branch Out & The Parenting Camp™  joined to create a first-of-its-kind company training program for working parents and caregivers.

The Parenting Camp™ is a 3-month virtual program tailored for the working parent to discover and embrace transformative parenting training that empowers them to seize every moment, nurture their own growth, and foster stronger connections with themselves, their children and in the workplace.

To help working parents in overcoming their challenges, they require support and a stronger connection with themselves and the people they care about most. Prioritizing these connections creates a harmonious balance that benefits everyone involved. When employees are their best versions at home, they can become their best version at work, unlocking productivity, leadership skills, and maximum creative potential.

The Parenting Camp Includes:

  • Assessments

To generate your company’s “Camp Compass Report” which integrates relevant findings and insights from your parent & caregivers population. This allows us to develop a parenting program tailored to your needs.

  • Live sessions

Every other week, 90-minute (or tailored) real-time online hands-on sessions with cohort.

  • Buddy system

Weekly group roundtable discussion (groups of 2- 4)

  • Daily tiny tasks

The Parenting Camp Is Available For:

  • Organizations

That place a priority on their community’s well-being and value their growth.

  • Individuals

Who wish to invest in their personal growth independently of their organizations.

Ready to develop the first-of-its-kind parenting training program for your organization?

Offerings:

  • Parenting Talks & Presentations:

Additionally, as dedicated advocates for conscious parenting, we have developed a series of engaging and impactful talks and workshops tailored specifically for working parents. These are aimed to offer valuable insights and practical strategies to support employees in navigating their parenting journey successfully.  Our talks/workshops encompass various relevant topics, such as triggers in parenting, agendas, fantasies & belief systems, how our ego gets in the way of parenting, responding vs. reacting and the importance of self-care, self-regulation, and self-awareness. These sessions are designed to equip working parents with the tools they need to thrive in their roles as caregivers.

Why Us?

In collaboration with Hazel Swayne, founder of ”The Parenting Camp™ “, we’ve created something no one has done before!

As coaches, Hazel and I believe that every parent deserves the space to recognize their own beauty, creativity and potential,  just as every child deserves the freedom to be authentic. With our extensive training and certifications, we’ve walked the same path. Our focus? Deep, meaningful connections—with both kids and at work. We embrace wholeness, presence, and connection, allowing you to see how complete you are and to be in flow. Feeling seen and heard matters to us all. And when you reconnect with yourself, you forge meaningful connections with your loved ones and those you interact with on the work front.
