Join this three-session interactive workshop designed to help parents and their teenage children develop healthy relationship and strategies with screens at home. This program aims to create a collaborative and supportive family environment where parents and teens can flourish with healthy digital habits at home. This workshop is in person.

Session #2 (for teenager only) :
Saturday March 15 from 14H-16H.
Session #3 (for parents & teenagers together):
Friday March 21st from 16:30H - 18:30H

Parents or Caregivers and their Teenagers/Pre-teens (11-17 years old)
Parents that want to:
Develop a healthy relationship with screen use at home.
Model positive screen habits for their children.
Create space for teens to make their own informed choices, moving beyond traditional "teaching" methods.
Encourage open and healthy dialogue about screen time habits.
Build trust and respond confidently to their teen's screen time demands.
Move beyond arbitrary screen time limits to more meaningful guidelines and support what their teens are needing.
Leverage their awareness of research on the impacts of high screen time to inform their approach.
Teens that want to:
Be heard and have their opinions valued.
Connect with their parents and address tension topics together.
Make the best choices for themselves with the support of their family.

This fee total includes registrations for 1 or both parents and their teenage children.
